When I start to increase my mileage, I like to jump in the pool at least once a week to loosen up my legs! My muscles felt so much better after this.


It took me about 50 minutes to finish this.

Swim 20 laps (moderate pace)

Repeat x3: tread water 3 mins, swim 5 laps, deep pool running 5 mins

Swim 10 laps

Swimming is a great workout because its low impact! It’s perfect for people who are injured, older, or need a break from the gym.
