What is wrong with the tone of the following letter of complaint to a local business?

To Whom It May Concern:

I cannot believe how terribly I was treated by your stupid employees last night at the 5th Street Grill. They are obviously total idiots, and whoever hired them is the biggest idiot of them all! Honestly, there is no excuse for that much stupidity. I will never be back to your horrid restaurant, and it is now my personal goal to make sure you lose as much business as possible. You should be out of business, and I intend to put you there!

Sincerely Serious,
Delilah Jones

I am writing to inform you of the terrible treatment I received at the 5th Street Grill last night. As a longtime patron, I know that customer satisfaction is important to you, so I know you will want to take action immediately regarding this matter.

In short, my boyfriend and I were insulted from the time we got there to the time we left, with the waiter’s words ringing in our ears, “What trash!” We were seated near the kitchen when all the other tables were open, and when we only ordered appetizers, the waiter claimed we were “cheap” for not having entrées. He also cursed when I asked for my food to be sent back, as it was not cooked the way I’d asked, and he ignored us when we asked him to bring more water.

This was the most humiliating and horrific dining experience I have ever had. I want you to know that we will not return to your restaurant and will also not recommend it to others. For the good of your establishment, you might want to consider letting some of your staff members go, as they are tarnishing the good name of your restaurant. We hope you can rectify this situation before it is too late for your own sake.

Sincerely,
Delilah Jones
