Shredmill Workout

It’s Winter and freezing cold out in the Midwest, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a killer workout in! Move indoors and onto the treadmill for this treadmill workout that won’t bore you to tears!

Make sure to do some dynamic stretches before you hop on the treadmill!

Feel Free to Adjust any speeds to your liking- these are what I generally use


Warm up – 0-5 mins= speed 7.0- comfortable jog

Kickin’ up the pace 5-10 mins= 7.5 mph

Interval Time- 10-11 min= 9.0 mph

11-12 min= 7.5 mph

12-13 min= 9.0 mph

13-14 min= 7.5 mph

14-15 min= 9.0 mph

15-16 min= 7.5 mph

16-17 min= 9.0 mph

17-18 min= 7.5 mph

18-19 min= 9.0 mph

19-20 min= 7.5 mph

21-24 min= 7.0 mph

24-26 min= 7.5 mph

26-27 min= 7.5 mph at 5.0 incline

27-28 min= 7.5 mph

28-29 min= 7.5 mph at 5.0 incline

29-30 min= 7.5 mph

30-31 min= 7.5 at 5.0 incline

31-32 min= 7.5 mph

32-33 min= 7.5 mph at 5.0 incline

33-34 min= 7.5 mph

34-35 min= 7.5 mph at 5.0 incline

Cool it back down

35-40 min= 7.0 mph

Walk it out

40-45+ mins = 4.0 at 4.0-7.0 incline
