Berry-licious Protein Smoothie!

Triple Berry Smoothie

blogberrysmoothieI love making smoothies on busy mornings especially since I got my ninja ultra kitchen system last year. I use the portable single serve blenders all the time! This smoothie was super simple!

Add all of the ingredients straight into your blender, Vitamix, Ninja, Magic bullet, etc.

1.5 cups of frozen berries (I use a blueberry, raspberry, strawberry blend)

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/3 cup Fage/Chobani blueberry yogurt (I like Chobani Simply 100- but other brands will work as well)

Handful of Spinach

1/2 scoop of Vanilla Sunwarrior Vegan Protein Powder (another brand will work as well)

If you desire extra sweet smoothies, add a dash of stevia/sugar free sweetener

Feel free to play around with almond milk amounts depending on desired thickness!
